Skills Required The following lists the criteria required for Web Designer for the development of the Leadership and Management Portal: An understanding of and up to date working knowledge of Client Intranet publishing platform and standards - Web Content Management System using STELLENT technology. CIPD qualified with at least CTP. Experience of working for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Ability to work from source documentation such as Departmental policy, guidelines and general notes using own experience and expertise to add value to the product. Evidence * knowledge of DWP terminology and processes including Version control,QA reviews,DWP house style*standards, Handover workshops, Fully competent and knowledgeable with Microsoft Word (headers*footers, numbering etc) Experience in using Key Point General web design Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, producing high quality work. CVs of the designers who would be allocated to this work will be required. Supporting each CV should be a CD-ROM with the appropriate solution for this work from the designer.
